Job summary

Cham and Loh Engineering Consultant Sdn Bhd is a Civil & Structural Consulting Firm based at Seremban. We are expanding and seek a proactive Civil Draughtperson to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

The role focuses on drawing preparation and CAD drafting, assisting engineers with production drawings, and preparing submission plans for authorities. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of civil drafting experience with a consultant firm, can work independently, and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Civil/infrastructure drafting experience with a consultant engineering firm.
• Able to work independently, pleasant, self-disciplined and self-motivated.
• Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drawing preparation / CAD drafting work.
• Consult or assist the Engineers to carry out all production drawings.
• Prepare submission plan to authority departments.
• Draft construction drawings, layouts, sections, and details.
• Convert engineers’ design calculations and sketches into CAD drawings.
• Revise drawings based on design changes or site feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with codes, standards, and regulations.

We are a Civil & Structural Consulting Firm based at Seremban, N.Sembilan. Due to expanding, we are currently looking for candidate who posses dynamics, pro active, self independent and highly motivated to join our team.

What you'll be doing

Drawing preparation / CAD drafting work

Consult or assist the Engineers to carry out allproduction drawings.

Prepare submission plan to authoritydepartments

Draft construction drawings, layouts, sections, and details

Convert engineers’ design calculations and sketches into CAD drawings

Revise drawings based on design changes or site feedback

Ensure drawings comply with codes, standards, and regulations
