Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Drafting, Civil or related field
• 2-3 years hands-on experience as a Drafter
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar tools
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, materials and construction methods
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering designs to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings
• Utilise CAD software to create 2D and 3D models, diagrams and schematics
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical support
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations and best practices
• Assist in preparing project reports, proposals and presentations
