Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking a Civil Asset Inspector to support inspection, monitoring, and assessment of civil infrastructure assets to ensure reliability, safety, and performance. You will be integrated into the relevant operational team and contribute to field inspections.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, defect identification, taking basic measurements, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of civil assets and identify visible defects, anomalies, or signs of deterioration
• Perform visual inspection and defect identification (cracks, corrosion, deformation)
• Take measurements (basic)
• Record, document, and report inspection findings clearly and accurately
• Assess asset conditions in line with applicable procedures and inspection standards
• Support the prioritization of maintenance or corrective actions based on observed asset conditions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on inspection outcomes
• Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to the traceability of asset history
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety requirements and operational guidelines
