Job summary

Seaowl is seeking a Lead Inspector in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to oversee inspection activities within the maintenance department. You will ensure reliability, consistency, and quality of maintenance operations, and you will report on findings and actions.

You will plan and supervise inspections, validate findings, approve reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams while adhering to internal procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise inspection activities
• Validate inspection findings
• Interface and approve inspection reports
• Recommend further analysis (FEM required or not)
• Ensure data is fit for engineering use
• Lead and coordinate inspection activities within the maintenance scope
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Review inspection findings, identify deviations, and support the follow-up of corrective actions
