Responsibilities

• Perform civil and structural design calculations and analyses.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors on design requirements.

• Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to project managers and clients.

Civil and Structural (C&S) Design Engineer

Megatek Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil and Structural (C&S) Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time C&S Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of civil and structural engineering projects, contributing to the company’s success and growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing civil and structural engineering design calculations and analyses.
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors for design requirements and technical matters.
• Attend design coordination meeting and construction progress meeting during design and construction period, periodical site visit and report matters related to projects and assist in solution of issues.
• Preparing engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for various construction projects
• Conducting site inspections and coordinating with project teams
• Ensuring design compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
• Providing technical support and advice to project managers and clients
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
