Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering or IT, with substantial experience in senior leadership positions.
• Proven track record in developing technology strategies and leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, cloud infrastructure and modern technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection and technology risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee the design, development and implementation of technology platforms, systems and infrastructure.
