Job summary

Loob Holding, overseeing Tealive and Bask Bear, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across Malaysia and international markets. The role covers procurement, demand planning, import/export, warehousing and logistics to ensure reliable supply for outlets and franchisees.

You will develop strategies, drive performance standards, and strengthen supplier networks while mitigating risks and enabling growth across the group’s brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of Supply Chain experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong end-to-end expertise across demand planning, sourcing, procurement, import/export, warehousing, logistics and inventory management.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet supply chain operations, preferably in F&B, FMCG or retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Establish and drive performance standards across service levels, cost efficiency, inventory health and supplier performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans while driving cross-functional planning for growth.
• Improve supply chain processes, digitalisation and data-driven insights for efficiency and scalability.
• Strengthen supplier network, negotiate terms and manage performance across ingredients, packaging and equipment.
