Job Summary
We are seeking a world-class Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to shape PIF’s global brand, growth trajectory, and strategic positioning. This is a role for a proven leader who has scaled consumer-facing platforms to mass adoption and knows how to inspire both markets and movements.
Responsibilities:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including at least 5 years in C-suite or VP/Global Marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record in scaling a consumer-facing tech platform (marketplace, fintech, lifestyle, or social ecosystem) from early stage to mass market or unicorn status.
Global or regional leadership experience: successfully built and executed marketing strategies across multiple countries and cultures.
Demonstrated success in brand repositioning and transformation, turning companies into category leaders.
Strong background in partnership marketing: high-value collaborations with corporations, governments, and HNWIs.
Exceptional storytelling and thought leadership skills; able to position PIF as a global lifestyle and social impact brand.
Proven ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional marketing organizations.
Experience engaging with boards, investors, and C-level peers to align marketing with financial and business growth objectives.
Entrepreneurial, visionary, and purpose-driven mindset; thrives in fast-growth, high-pressure, mission-led environments.
