Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd seeks a senior compliance leader to own AML/CFT programmes and regulatory engagements in Malaysia. You will shape strategy, governance, and controls to enable fast, compliant growth while maintaining high standards.

You will lead interactions with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and industry bodies, build a capable MSB-focused team, and translate complex regulations into practical product and operations solutions.

Qualifications

• Certified in MAMSB AML/CFT programmes (GOCO Modules 1–4 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of MSB regulatory framework incl. remittance and money-changing.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume, transaction-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen AML/CFT/CPF frameworks including monitoring and reporting obligations.
• Lead regulatory submissions, licensing, audits, and reviews with precision.
• Engage with regulators (BNM) and industry bodies to stay ahead of changes.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to embed compliance into ops from day one.
