Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent in aviation or related field.
• Additional certification in aviation safety, quality, leadership, training, customer experience or management is advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years of cabin crew / in-flight services experience, including at least 5 years in a management or senior leadership role with people and cross-functional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Cabin Crew / In-flight Services across the network, ensuring safety, security and high-quality service.
• Set operational and service standards for the cabin crew workforce and provide leadership on safety and customer experience.
• Interface with senior management and partner with Flight Operations, Safety, Security, Training, Crew Planning, HR, Commercial, CX, Engineering and Airport Operations.

Education

Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Experience, Human Resources or related field

Additional certification in aviation safety, quality, leadership, training, customer experience or management
