Job summary

Biocoslab Manufacturing in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a product development professional to design and develop new skincare products from lab scale to production scale. You will drive development, testing, and optimization to meet market trends and regulatory demands.

Responsibilities include conducting R&D studies for value addition, quality improvement, and cost reduction, exploring new materials and technologies, and providing technical support to production, QC, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsible to design and develop new products to meet market trend and demand.

Manage product development from lab scale to production scale.

Conduct research and development studies for value added, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and cost reduction of existing product.

Conduct research on process enhancement, new material development including new technology for quality improvement and cost down initiative.

To assist in technical support on production process, raw material analysis, quality troubleshooting and customer inquiries.

Conduct analysis and comparison with market existing products in the aspect of formulation and finished goods quality.

Responsible to ensure all lab equipment’s is well maintained, utilized in proper manner and calibrated periodically.

To develop close working relationship with external parties such as research collaboration partners, raw material suppliers, and testing laboratories.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates should possess at Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
