Job summary

You will collaborate with distributors to plan activation, ensure strong in-store presence, and monitor promotions, POSM, and performance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales (FMCG/export experience preferred).
• Experience with export markets or distributor management is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial targets (volume, distribution, profitability).
• Translate global/regional brand strategies into country-specific channel plans.
• Define channel roles, pricing architecture, and trade mechanics for each market.
