Job summary

Harding+ is seeking motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join its onboard cruise retail team. You will promote a range of Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests from around the world and perform full makeovers to showcase techniques.

You will build expert knowledge of Chanel products, provide personalised advice, and drive sales through events, tutorials and promotions while maintaining world-class customer service at sea.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with premium beauty knowledge.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong team player who is goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Living and working on a cruise ship (worldwide).
• Promotes Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Performs full makeovers and demonstrates techniques to guests.
• Provides Chanel product recommendations based on skin type and preferences.
• Meets and exceeds Chanel sales targets through consultative selling.
• Understands promotional planners and events to drive sales and guest traffic.
• Develops relationships with Chanel team and cruise staff for events and store traffic.
• Assists with Chanel stock control and inventory management on board.
• Ensures Chanel presentation is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Creates an exceptional and memorable on-board retail experience for guests.
• Maximises sales through in-store events, live makeovers and seminars.
• Develops deep product and brand knowledge for selling and guest education.
• Exceeds sales targets and participates in promotional events.
