Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking aProduction Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the food production process. The role requires leading a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in production planning. You will work closely with procurement and sales teams to optimize operations and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a food production or manufacturing role.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a production team.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the food production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and sales teams.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.
