Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a CDD/AML specialist to support counterparty data reviews, cleansing activities, and remediation efforts to ensure data integrity in line with CDD policies.

This role offers a 12-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement and coverage for medical expenses, ideal for candidates with 2–5 years in CDD/AML, a business or accounting background, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working experience in CDD, AML, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or professional certification such as ACAMS or ICA.
• Proactive and dynamic approach.
• Possess Analytical skills.
• Skills in Macro & Excels are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the counterparty database review project for data cleanliness.
• Support data cleansing activities for bp transformation program including data validation and accuracy of data matching activities.
• Support remediation project for gaps identified.
• Ensure counterparty data integrity in the systems is preserved and enhanced in line with CDD policy and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency agenda to CDD processes across the centres.
• Support controls activities for CDD tools & Procedure.
• Support closure of audit actions (both internal and business audit action).
• Support business growth agenda and strategic initiatives in line with CDD risk management requirements.

The Successful Applicant
