Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience in the Malaysian CCC lifecycle, strong English technical writing, and meticulous organization to support audits and handovers.

Qualifications

• Must have deep, proven experience with the Malaysian CCC lifecycle.
• Clear understanding of submission formatting and local council criteria.
• Advanced English technical writing and strong organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, validation, structuring, and compilation of CCC project documents.
• Manage submissions to BOMBA, JBA, TNB, PBT, DOSH, and CIDB.
• Maintain registers for drawings, modifications, variations, test results, and validation files.
• Lead handover processes, address audit comments, and secure CCC issuance.
• Support valuation teams with organized back‑ups for audits and closeouts.
