Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; strong academic background favored.
• 1–2 years in admin, purchasing, or data-focused role is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: maintain and update product information, pricing, and promos.
• Reporting: prepare regular sales, stock, and market trend reports.
• Supplier Coordination: liaise with suppliers for samples, orders, and follow-ups.
• Market Research: perform competitor price checks and promo tracking.
• Promotional Support: set up campaigns and coordinate with marketing.
• Administrative Support: support category team with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurately maintain and update product information, pricing, and promotional details in our systems.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends using Microsoft Excel and other internal tools.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for product samples, order confirmations, and delivery follow‑ups to ensure a smooth supply chain.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, including price checks and promotional tracking, to provide valuable insights to the Category Manager.
• Promotional Support: Help execute the promotional calendar by setting up campaigns and coordinating with the marketing team.
• Administrative Support: Provide all‑around administrative and operational support to the category team to ensure efficiency and success.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and a desire to build a career in retail are highly encouraged to apply.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative, purchasing, or data‑focused role is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (familiarity with functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a significant advantage).
• Extremely organised, meticulous, and detail‑oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
