Job summary

Centific is seeking a dedicated validation-focused professional to own the end-to-end validation execution in line with CAT standards. You will review Jira tasks daily, escalate risks early with recovery plans, and coordinate task owners to ensure timely completion.

You will shape testing plans, enforce consistent Jira tagging, and drive high-quality bug reporting while contributing to dashboards and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Own validation execution per CAT operating standards.
• Review all team Jira tasks daily to confirm on track and correctly scoped.
• Escalate risks and blockers with a clear recovery plan.

Responsibilities

• Break down validation plans into taskified work with clear title, assignee, description, deadline, and status.
• Define and assign owners for all test areas; balance coverage against headcount and lab capacity.
• Maintain per-build test trackers (one tracker per build).
• Enforce unified test case naming format and Jira tagging.
• Drive high-quality bug reporting: reproducible, triaged, and followed through to closure.
• Contribute to Jira dashboards for task completion rate, bug volume, and on-time completion rate.
• Coach team members toward absolute ownership and accountability.
• Run regular reviews and MoM tracking of team work and performance metrics.
• Report to the US CAT Team Lead with clear, timely updates to cross-functional partners.
