Job summary

INFINITY COSMIC SDN BHD is seeking a passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. You will provide professional grooming services for cats and dogs, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being throughout each session.

Key responsibilities include bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, nail clipping, and ear cleaning, while maintaining a clean, safe grooming area and following SOPs. Weekend work is required; related commissions and staff discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pet grooming experience.
• Able to groom cats and dogs confidently.
• Knowledge of breeds and grooming techniques.
• Patient and animal-loving with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, shaving, nail clipping, ear cleaning).
• Handle pets safely and calmly during sessions.
• Check skin/coat and report issues to owners or supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of grooming areas, tools and equipment.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate grooming needs to pet parents professionally.
• Manage grooming appointments and complete services on time.
• Ensure a positive grooming experience for pets and pet parents.
