Job summary

PLC PET LOVERS CENTRE SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is seeking a Pet Groomer to manage daily grooming operations within our retail grooming centre in Malaysia.

You will schedule appointments, perform grooming to best practices, and maintain equipment while ensuring a safe, clean environment for every pet. The role requires 2–3 years of grooming experience for dogs, cats and rabbits, and a valid certificate or demonstrated skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience cutting and shaving fur for dogs, cats and rabbits.
• Possess relevant pet grooming certificate or demonstrated skills.
• Able to supervise and oversee Assistant Groomers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of grooming centre within the retail store.
• Ensure grooming appointments are properly scheduled.
• Maintain grooming equipment and ensure safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform pet grooming based on best practices and customers’ needs.
• Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process and highlight abnormalities to customers.
