Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a cashier to provide friendly customer service, handle cash and card transactions, and keep the counter organized and well-stocked at Eco Grandeur, Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.

The role requires basic math, good communication, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Comprehensive benefits are offered as part of the compensation package.

Formación

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and answering inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages and ensure availability.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic for a pleasant shopping experience.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.

Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.

Job Requirements:
