Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) seeks a friendly retail associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain counter stock at Nu Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. You will handle cash transactions, answer inquiries, and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.

Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.

Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.

Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.

Job Requirements:

High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math
