Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a cashier to provide friendly customer service and handle purchases at our Penang outlets.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and reliability to manage cash and stock, including weekends and public holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Bukit Minyak, Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
