Job summary

eco-shop is seeking a friendly cashier/customer service assistant for Aeon Nilai in Negeri Sembilan. You will assist customers with purchases, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate cash drawer records.

The role includes stock replenishment, counter maintenance, and daily equipment checks to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; basic math and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Good numeracy and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
• Keep counter area clean, tidy, and hygienic for customers.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues.
