Job summary

HeroMarket is a leading supermarket chain in Malaysia with abundant grocery items and daily essentials. This role offers on-site cashiering responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting.

We are seeking trustworthy individuals with basic education (SPM or equivalent) and a fresh graduate friendly policy. Training is provided, with emphasis on accuracy, customer service and maintaining a clean cashier area.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and honest during all cashiering transactions.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM level or equivalent.
• No working experience needed (on the job training provided).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collect, count and check collection of the day to be submitted to Chief Cashier.
• Responsible for all cash and credit card sales during time cashiering.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Ensure cashier counter is always clean and tidy.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
