The successful candidate will oversee bank reconciliations, reporting, funding activities, and CI initiatives, while coaching staff and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years post-qualification in cash management, treasury, or related function; 2-4 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, charts, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient PowerPoint for clear management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation, review and consolidation of monthly bank balance and cash movement reports for HQ and investors.
• Perform analytical review of cash movements, identify variances and provide explanations to stakeholders.
• Conduct daily and weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
• Investigate uncertainties and maintain logs for cash and bank discrepancies.
• Manage opening, maintenance and closure of bank accounts and signatories.
• Oversee user bank access and annual access reviews for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in cash management processes including standardization and automation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members and support workload planning.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with strong communication.
