Job summary

Caring Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd is hiring a store associate at one of its Ampang Jaya outlets. You will assist customers, provide product information, help locate items, and guide selection.

Responsibilities include maintaining product displays with FEFO/FIFO, receiving stock, processing payments, and balancing cash. Opportunities for promotion and health benefits are available.

• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

CARiNG Pharmacy was established in 1994 by 5 pharmacists, who were course-mates in the School of Pharmacy, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
