Job summary

Caring Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking staff to assist customers, provide product information, help shoppers find items, and advise on product selection in a fast-paced health and beauty environment.

You will ensure attractive product displays, implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices, assist with stock, handle payments accurately, and support promotions and pricing. Health insurance and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information, help them find what they need and advise on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, applying FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
• Receive and store deliveries, assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer issues to the pharmacy team as needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register.

Job description

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Providing easily accessible pharmacist counseling service, free blood pressure checks and other health checks at a minimum fee.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
