Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking staff to assist customers, manage product displays, and handle transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn to support pharmacy operations, provide product information, and assist in promotions and pricing while maintaining accurate cash handling. Training will be provided to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Providing easily accessible pharmacist counseling service, free blood pressure checks and other health checks at a minimum fee.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
