The role involves explaining the programme clearly, handling objections, and guiding decisions to convert leads into enrolments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Able to guide students and handle parent concerns confidently.
• Comfortable appearing on camera (LIVE sessions / videos).
• Proactive in outreach and relationship-building.
• Results-driven mindset with strong accountability.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, results-driven individual to drive consultations, outreach, and conversions in the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultation & Conversion

• Explain the programme clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and guide decision-making
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments

2. Content & Community Engagement

• Host LIVE sessions regularly
• Build trust and engagement with your audience
• Approach colleges, training centres, and organisations
• Build relationships and collaboration opportunities
• Represent the company in meetings and presentations
• Follow up with leads consistently
• Work towards clear conversion targets

5. What We Are Looking For
