Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related clinical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in a hospital environment (ICU, Cath Lab, OR, Perfusion or critical care).
• Minimum 3 years supporting cardiovascular or interventional cardiology devices in clinical/educational/commercial roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-call clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case support during implant procedures, on-call support, and post-implant patient management.
• Drive therapy adoption via clinical education, algorithm implementation, training programs.
• Build partnerships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Intensivists, and Heart Failure specialists.
• Identify and address barriers to therapy adoption with clinical and health economic value propositions.
• Develop relationships to increase awareness, patient identification, and appropriate therapy utilization.
• Plan and execute clinical education initiatives, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and launch new customer sites through structured implementation programs and adoption best practices.
• Achieve commercial and patient outcomes by increasing utilization and expanding access.
