Job summary

Subang Jaya Medical Centre in Malaysia is seeking a qualified nurse to lead clinical teaching and supervise staff and student nurses within the unit. The incumbent assists in overall unit activities, rehabilitation, and acts in the Manager's absence, while contributing to staff development and adherence to nursing policies and MCC system usage.

Responsibilities

Responsible for clinical teaching and supervision of staff and student nurses in the unit.
Assists in the supervision of the overall activities in the Unit.
Assists in the rehabilitation of patients.
Assumes the responsibilities of the Manager in her absence.
Participates in staff development programs/ activities.
Assists in implementing all nursing policies and procedures.
Liaises with the Manager and Senior Manager on matters related to staff performance.
Ensure staffs are competent in using the MCC system.
