Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn. Bhd. – Bau Branch is seeking a Sales Advisor to promote Proton vehicles, deliver engaging product presentations, and drive sales performance.

You will handle inquiries, bookings, test drives, and end-to-end vehicle handovers while building lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates have a Diploma, strong communication skills, and comfort with livestreams and social media content. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in livestreams and creating social media content.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Proton vehicles by understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right models and variants.
• Conduct engaging product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives for potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, financing approval, delivery, and KPI targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads through showroom walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, roadshows, and customer referrals.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry and booking to financing, documentation, registration, and vehicle handover.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent service, repeat purchases, and customer referrals.
