Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Advisor for Proton Melinau Auto in Kuching. You will promote Proton vehicles by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable models and variants, and you will conduct engaging product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.

You will drive sales by meeting monthly targets and building strong customer relationships, while handling leads via showroom visits, calls, WhatsApp, social media, roadshows, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable appearing in livestreams and creating social media content.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing good service.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Attractive commission and incentive scheme with the potential to earn a 5-figure income.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Proton vehicles by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable models and variants.
• Provide professional product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, booking, loan approval, and delivery targets/KPIs.
• Generate and follow up on leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media, roadshows, and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry, booking, financing, documentation, registration, to vehicle delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide excellent service, and generate repeat sales and customer referrals.
