Job summary

TRIDENT GROUP PLT in Malaysia invites a seasoned Branch Manager to oversee automotive workshop operations across multiple locations in Johor Bahru. You will drive efficiency, supervise branch managers and workshop staff, and collaborate with senior management to meet sales and service targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a solid track record in car repair environments, and the ability to coordinate resources, ensure safety compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in car repairing.
• Ability to manage at least two branches.
• Experience managing an automotive workshop is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across all assigned branches.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch managers and workshop staff.
• Monitor branch performance and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
• Work closely with management to support business growth and expansion.
