Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst role or similar.
• Exposure to banking/financial services.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work across business and technology teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, impacts, and areas requiring change.
• Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, functional requirements, and other project documentation.
• Support As-Is and To-Be process mapping and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios, supporting UAT, tracking defects, and validating outcomes.
• Track project actions, issues, dependencies, and requirements in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Support implementation and post-implementation activities as required.
