Job Summary*
Regulatory Operations Department is responsible for regulatory reporting to multiple jurisdictions i.e. CFTC, SEC, ESMA, FCA, MiFID, SFTR, HKMA, ASICS and MAS. Your primary responsibility will be:
- Perform reported trades reconciliation in a timely and accurate.
- Monitor recon feed exceptions and escalating any anomalies and spikes to management and technology team to ensure daily timeliness is not compromised.
- Analyse, investigate and identify recon exceptions root cause and work together with stakeholders, other departments and technology to remediate any exceptions within the outlined timeframe.
- Ensure all reports are prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by regulators/bank in a timely and accurate manner.
- Produce relevant management information reports for management review
Responsibilities*
- All aspects of tasks related to prevention, detection, assurance of Regulatory reporting function.
- Perform reported trades reconciliation in a timely and accurate.
- Monitor recon feed exceptions and escalating any anomalies to management and technology team to ensure daily timeliness is not compromised.
- Analyse, investigate and identify recon exceptions root cause and work together with stakeholders, other departments and technology to remediate any exceptions within the outlined timeframe.
- Assign ADOs to each trades having recon exceptions
- Ensure all MIs are prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by regulators/bank in a timely and accurate manner.
- Timely responses to external & internal queries.
- Ensure adherence to Process Documents including regular up-dation and execution of the same.
- Ensure robust control framework is enriched and followed by RegOps team.
- Deliver assigned tasks in a complete, accurate and timely manner
- Extract reports from the trade repository (DTCC/Unavista/MDP) for BAU consumption.
