Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC in Malaysia is seeking Cantonese-English interpreters for remote work. You will join a team of international interpreters, handling calls with healthcare and medical vocabulary, and maintain high accuracy under protocol.

This is a full-time contractor role with immediate onboarding. Work from your home office, with payments made monthly and a per-minute rate. Strong internet and headset required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills.
• Ability to render concepts accurately per interpretation protocol.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with client consent.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare/medical).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
