Job summary

Rinda Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Candy Production Supervisor to oversee confectionery manufacturing lines. You will lead floor operators, manage recipe batches, and ensure candy products meet taste, texture, and visual standards.

You will bridge management and the production floor to keep operations safe, efficient, and compliant with production SOPs, ISO, GMP, HACCP requirements. Plan daily activities and labor allocations to maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, good attitude, trustworthy, knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule daily production activities and labor allocations to maximize throughput.
• Monitor production processes in real-time to identify bottlenecks and implement swift corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Enforce all safety guidelines, Production SOP, GMP, HACCP & ISO procedures.
