Participate in global development teams to design, develop, and enhance Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and application issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business users, and support teams, to implement software enhancements and change requests.
Contribute to system maintenance, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure software solutions meet quality, performance, and business requirements.
Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and C#/.NET development.
- Experience working with Oracle Database or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably CAMSTAR/Opcenter Execution.
- Experience working in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Good command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
