Randstad Malaysia represents a client university campus seeking a Senior Infra & Networks Specialist to run daily network operations and maintain campus IT infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, and security across academic and residential facilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Windows Server, M365/Entra ID, and PAM, with exposure to AWS basics and multi-vendor equipment. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are valued.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification required.
• 3-5 years hands-on enterprise network operations, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Additional certs in networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365/Windows Server or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and configure campus network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLAN) and services.
• Configure and troubleshoot multi-vendor equipment (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Extreme).
• Manage network helpdesk, tickets, and access point installations.
• Administer on-prem Windows Server (AD, Hyper-V, GPO) and M365/Entra ID tasks.
• Manage enterprise firewalls, security (IPS/IDS, NAC/RADIUS) and PAM; basic AWS support.
