Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd is seeking a CAM Engineer to support tooling creation and CAM operations for PCB, IC Substrate, and electronics manufacturing. The role focuses on DFM changes, production trials, and first-article builds using CAM software.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CAM experience, Knowledge of PCB/IC Substrate processes, and hands-on CAM tool expertise (InCAM Pro, Genesis, UCAM). Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' CAM Engineer experience in PCB, IC Substrate or Electronics Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CAM software in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PCB / IC Substrate manufacturing processes.
• Experience with InCAM Pro, Genesis or UCAM is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing tooling using InCAM Pro / CAM software
• Support DFM, engineering changes, production trials & first-article builds
• Drive CAM process improvement, automation & digitalization
• Support RCA, corrective actions & 8D activities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production & Quality teams
