Job summary

Dxn2u is seeking a Customer Service/Cafe Associate at our Cyberjaya location in Malaysia. You will greet customers, take orders, recommend menu items, and process payments. You will also prepare beverages and light food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure stock levels are adequate.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior hospitality exposure is a plus. This role emphasizes excellent service and teamwork in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Hospitality diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant service experience is required.
• Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Providing menu recommendations and answering questions.
• Handling payments and transactions accurately.
• Resolving customer concerns or complaints.
• Preparing and serving drinks (coffee, tea, specialty beverages).
• Preparing and serving food items like sandwiches and pastries.
