Temokin Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven C&S (Civil & Structural) Engineer to own the structural backbone of our high‑rise projects, from foundations and core walls to transfer structures and superstructure framing. You will design and analyze foundations, core walls, transfer structures, and framing, coordinate with architectural, MEP, and geotechnical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization).
• 5+ years' hands‑on design and/or site experience on high‑rise projects.
• Solid know‑how in RC/steel design and lateral load principles.
• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD or Revit Structure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and keen attention to safety.
• Bonus: PE/Chartered license, post‑tensioning or transfer structure experience, BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Designing and analyzing foundations, core walls, transfer structures, and superstructure framing for high‑rise buildings.
• Coordinating with architectural, MEP, and geotechnical teams to ensure buildability.
• Reviewing and checking structural drawings, GA drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
• Supervising on‑site structural works — formwork, rebar, concrete pours, and core wall construction.
• Reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals for structural compliance.
• Monitoring sequencing for tall buildings and crane foundations; lead QA/QC checks.
• Liaising with authorities for structural approvals, certifications, and inspections.
• Maintaining inspection reports, as‑builts, and design documentation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and analyzing foundations, core walls, transfer structures, and superstructure framing for high-rise buildings
• Coordinating with architectural, MEP, and geotechnical teams to keep designs clash‑free and buildable
• Reviewing and checking structural drawings, GA drawings, and reinforcement detailing
• Supervising on‑site structural works — formwork, rebar, concrete pours, and core wall jump/slip‑forming
• Reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submittals for structural compliance
• Monitoring construction sequencing for tall‑building‑specific challenges like differential settlement and tower crane foundations
• Leading QA/QC checks and site inspections to keep quality and safety front and center
• Liaising with authorities for structural approvals, certifications, and inspections
• Keeping accurate records — inspection reports, as‑builts, and design documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred); Master's a plus
• 5+ years of hands‑on structural design and/or site experience on high‑rise or tall building projects
• Solid know‑how in RC/steel design, lateral load systems, wind & seismic design principles
• Comfortable with ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, or Revit Structure
• A sharp problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset
• Bonus points: PE/Chartered Engineer license, post‑tensioning or transfer structure design experience, BIM coordination background
