Job summary

GTP Consultants in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Civil/Structural Engineer to contribute to building design projects including RC and steel structures and civil infrastructures.

You will assist in performing structural analysis to BS and Eurocode, coordinate with drafting, and ensure timely delivery of drawings while complying with local authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with Structural Design Software (Tekla/Prota/Esteem/StaadPro/ETABS).
• Familiar with ACAD Drafting Software and local authority submissions.
• Keen to learn, able to work independently and with project teams.
• Fresh graduates or junior engineers are encouraged to apply.

Responsible for Building Design: RC & Steel Structure, and Civil Infrastructures Works

Familiar and able to perform structural analysis and design with Code of Practice (BS & Eurocode)

Familiar with MASMA II Design

Responsible to coordinate with Drafting Department for completion and delivery of drawings based on target timeline

Responsible and familiar with Local Authorities submission requirement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Job Requirements -
• Familiar with Structural Design Software (Tekla/Prota/ Esteem/StaadPro/ETABS)
• Familiar with ACAD Drafting Software
• Keen to learn and able to work independently, responsible with good follow-up skill
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proactive & able to work with project team to deliver project timely.
• Junior Engineer with working experience OR Fresh graduate engineers are encouraged to apply
