Job Summary

The Business Officer at YYC taxPOD (TBO) will play a key role in promoting and expanding the company’s tax e-learning platform among business clients. The primary responsibilities include client acquisition through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, along with market research to identify client needs. The TBO will also be responsible for cross-selling and upselling additional tax-related services, such as tax planning and audit support. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to drive their success in client engagement and sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and other outreach methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify business needs and target clients.
  • Generate leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Cross‑Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional tax-related services to existing clients (e.g., tax planning, business tax services, or audit support).
  • Upsell premium services based on client needs.
