Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Malaysia is offering a 6-month internship in supply chain data analytics. The role involves coordinating data, generating reports in SAP and Power BI, and supporting material shortage mitigation plans. You will interact with multiple teams and work on replenishment risk alerts and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in IT-related fields, business analytics or supply chain management.
• Energetic, eager to learn and willing to develop in the supply chain field.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking; proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, route, analyze data and report on material shortages and mitigation plans for Lam’s supply chain.
• Generate daily and monthly reports via SAP, Power BI and internal tools to improve process efficiency.
• Follow up with internal supply chain teams to gather information and push progress updates on shortages, de-kits, PPV orders, supplier DB updates, etc.
• Monitor consignment programs and provide replenishment risk alerts for SBM risk mitigation.
• Manage ISA program for routine fill rate reports, amendments and claims validation.
• Conduct research and data analysis tasks, prepare reports for SBM advance triggering when material risks arise.
• Maintain master data and generate reports for Commodity Needs.

What you’ll doJob ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of coordinating, routing, data analysis and reporting to support supply chain business manager related material shortages and mitigation plan duties to meet Lam expectations.Generate daily and monthly report through SAP, Power-BI and other internal Tool for supply chain business needs and improve process efficiency.He or she requires to follow up with respective internal supply chain team and all organization levels to gather information and push all possible timely progress update solutions to support material shortages/mitigation plan eg. problem report, sell back/de-kit/PPV orders, supplier DB update, etc.Consignment program monitoring, provide replenishment risk alert for SBM look ahead risk mitigation plan.ISA program management, for routine fill rate report monitoring, New Amendment and claims validation.Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.
