Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We want to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we need you. You’ll be one of the first in the team, shaping its future and our business.

What will you be doing daily?

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, focusing on startups, consultancies, and fast-growing firms.
  • Organize your leads using tools like Excel and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices globally.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as pitch decks and client presentations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Win clients over!

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably with recruitment agency experience.
  • You have a successful track record in client acquisition, ideally in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or related fields.
  • English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
