A leading property management company is seeking a candidate for property leasing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves researching market trends, managing client relationships, and negotiating lease terms. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields and fluency in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. This position also offers opportunities for fresh graduates with significant internship experience.
Proactively reach out to companies, retailers, or other potential clients to promote property leasing opportunities.
Communicate with existing and prospective tenants to understand their needs and provide professional leasing advice.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships; handle tenant inquiries and complaints.
Prepare leasing proposals and assist in negotiating lease terms to ensure contracts align with company policies.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure lease agreements are compliant and clearly articulated.
Organize property showcase events and coordinate open houses or client visits.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and enhance property visibility.
Track leasing progress, analyze occupancy rates and revenue data, and report regularly to management.
Provide market analysis reports to support business decision‑making.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Manage leasing documentation and update the tenant information database.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in commercial leasing, property marketing, or real estate sales is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong potential and relevant internships will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Sales‑oriented mindset with proven negotiation skills.
Familiarity with real estate market trends and commercial property operations.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and present clear, concise reports.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel locally for client meetings and property viewings.
High level of professionalism and customer service awareness.
