Job summary

Markets.com is seeking a seasoned BD professional to lead Introducing Brokers and regional partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will recruit, negotiate, and manage IBs, trading communities, KOLs, and copy trading/EA signal providers to drive user growth and volumes in FX/CFD markets.

The role requires a proven track record building medium-to-large IB networks in Southeast Asia, strong negotiation under pressure, and willingness to travel within the region.

Job description

• IB & Channel Development: Responsible for recruiting and negotiating with Introducing Brokers (IBs), trading communities, KOLs, and Copy Trading/EA signal providers in target Southeast Asian markets.
• Private Traffic & Community Growth: Deeply operate local private community channels (e.g., Zalo in Vietnam, Telegram in Malaysia/Indonesia). Assist IBs in setting up signal groups and integrating them into copy trading systems (PAMM/Copy Trading) to drive user growth and trading conversion.
• IB Policy & Ecosystem Maintenance: Monitor competitors' rebate dynamics; formulate tiered rebate (Rebate per Lot), CPA, and copy-trading profit-sharing policies. Regularly track the trading volume (lots), deposit/withdrawal health, and client retention rates of IB teams.
• Local Event Execution: Plan and execute local offline trading seminars, exclusive cafe salons, and online bonus promotions to enhance brand awareness and conversion efficiency within the local trading circle.
• KPI Delivery: Achieve monthly/quarterly core KPIs set by the company, including the number of new active IBs, team trading volume (with a focus on Gold/XAUUSD), and Net Deposit.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 3+ years of BD or Sales experience in the FX/CFD/Cryptocurrency industry, with a proven quantitative track record of successfully developing and maintaining medium-to-large IB/agency teams in Southeast Asia.
• Local Resources: Deep familiarity with at least one core Southeast Asian market. Possess an existing network of local IBs, trading academies, signal bloggers, or EA/copy-trading communities.
• Product Knowledge: Proficient in FX/Gold CFD trading mechanisms (leverage, spread, SWAP, ECN/STP models). Well-versed in IB rebate and profit-sharing mechanisms, PAMM/MAMM copy-trading systems, and EA strategy implementation.
• Language Skills: Business fluency in the local language of the target country (Vietnamese, Malay, Thai, etc.), and able to use Chinese or English as the daily working language for team collaboration.
• Execution & Pressure Resistance: Extremely strong business negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Able to withstand high-pressure targets and open to short-term business trips within the Southeast Asian region.
